It comes with a few short quests about setting up a Vault and running 3 boring little experiments in it. The rest of the DLC is about being able to build a selection of Vault-Tec items and contraptions to decorate your Vault (or any other settlement). Since the settlement building gimmick isn't really good or interesting in the first place, you probably won't miss out on much here... except for the 3 achievements it comes with.

This DLC gets far more hate than it deserves. It has a short and simple questline about building a vault and doing experiments on some vault dwellers. The main reward being a couple new happiness raising objects that can be put in any settlement. It takes a long time to figure out how to actually attach the vault segments together, and get everything working, but all of that stuff is also completely optional even when doing the quest. The settlement inside the vault can just be built as a normal settlement with wood/steel houses in an open area.

This game really addicted! I honestly been playing this game from very long time ago with console but playing fallout using pc version is even better because we can mod everything all we likes and making things become looks very realistic. Very amazing and very awesome!
